PSP2

We all love playing Madden, NBA 2K and NBA JAM but if we could do it portably with more power than ever before?  ”We have a PSP2 in the house and we’re looking at the engine, like what can it support.  Always a big thing for us is the performance.  PSP2 looks like it’s a pretty powerful machine.”   This is what the executive producer for Netherrealm, the studio responsible for the Mortal Kombat franchise,  Shaun Himmerick had to say.

This first model looks good with its big screen and dual joysticks.  But what if you could have the same big screen and dual joysticks but with a flexible OLED display that rolls out of the PSP2?  Then to top it off the display uses an electric charge to make it rigid when it is fully extended and it also has built in speakers on both sides?  If that interests you look at the second model.

I don’t know for sure what the new PSP2 will look like or if it will be a phone as well.  I keep hearing reports it will cost $250 and come out next year at the latest.  What I do know is I am going to one and give a full review the second I get it.  So for the time being wait before buying your next portable gaming device and cell phone because this PSP2 will be the must have whenever it comes out.
